Theodore Roosevelt National Park, North Dakota's #1 tourist attraction, is a 70,446 acre park located in west central North Dakota. Collectively known as the "Badlands", the park is separated into three separate and distinct units: the South Unit, the North Unit, and the remotely primitive Elkhorn Ranch Unit. The North and South Units are approximately 70 miles apart, with the Elkhorn Ranch Unit located in between.

Stan's Communications

Stan's Communications was formed in 1960 in East Grand Forks MN. Owner Stanley H. Whicker received training in Communications while in the United States Air Force.

In 1961 Stan applied for and became a General Electric (Harris) Two-Way Radio Dealer and Authorized Service Center.Stan's Communications moved across the river to their present location. We have expanded our equipment line to include Kenwood and Tait.

The majority of our customer base is in Law Enforcement and Public Safety throughout the Red River Valley, along with a good portion of the private sector.

Stan's Communications has been servicing their customers for over 50 years and takes pride in providing them with the Newest and Best Technology and System Design available.
